Price Plus takes you far beyond table/group/all functionality and lets you select your own criteria to drive your pricing and charges. You pick the fields and assign them a priority. Pick fields like invoice account, mode of delivery, method of payment, and even your own price groups that aren't limited to just one.

Separate criteria can be set for prices, discounts, multi-line discounts, header charges, and line charges, for both sales and purchasing.

Not only does this give vastly more configurable pricing setup, but it can also help reduce the vast number of pricing records you need to maintain.

Beyond the ability to select criteria, Price Plus adds even more features to pricing:

  • Pricing in any UOM: Order is in cases, but the price is by the each. Trade agreements can't handle that, but Price Plus can.
  • Ease of maintenance: Maintain your prices in Excel. Or, use our price update tool that quickly calculates new prices based off criteria.
  • Detailed tracking: Know exactly where a price is being used and exactly how an order price was determined. Additional fields are included to better track and trace pricing.
  • Cost+ Pricing: Base your price off cost, or off a set base item price.
  • Zero price checks: Never let an order line go without a price.

Beyond the ability to select criteria, Price Plus adds even more features to charges:

  • Charge Stacking: This allows charges to include other charges in the calculation. For instance, create charges for freight and a 3% credit card fee, where the 3% credit card fee includes the freight charge as well. This can span lines and headers, with you determining the calculation sequence.
  • Detailed tracking: Know exactly where charges are being used. See a detailed description of how the order total was calculated, including charges and charge stacking.
  • Custom Calculations: Easily add your own custom calculation methods for charges.
